Appointment Fee is $25 which is non refundable and will be applied to your registration fee upon completion.
We will no longer make appointments over the phone.
You MUST carefully go through all our requirements and be sure you will not get turned away from your appointment. If you are turned away your $25 appointment fee will NOT be refunded.
